How to unlock decimal point on asus notebook pc

Solution
Try uninstalling your keyboard drivers from the device manager. Right click the start button and select “device manager”>select the right arrow> right click the keyboard driver and select uninstall. Your PC should give you the option to restart immediately.

Or

Go onto the ASUS support page: http://www.asus.com/us/support/

Type in your model to get specific drivers and tools
And reinstall the ATK drivers for your keyboard.

Last option you can try re-seating your laptop keyboard ribbon cable. Problem is that it is internal and you may have to open your device. Geek Squad or ASUS can do that as well.

Hope this helps and let us know! Maybe give us the model of your device so we can better collaborate for a solution.
