The phone is not sim free and i want it to be sim free
And i don't know how to conect to Orange UK to ask them...

That having been said, if your service provider uses sim cards to allow devices to connect to their network, the only way I can think of to make your phone "sim free" is to switch to a different service provider who does not use sim cards.
