How to unlock zte from total wireless to at&t, phone has been factory reset and has no internet or data connection

I have a total wireless zte phone that has had all its data reset to factory settings..... How can I unlock it so I can use my att sim with active service on it instead of trying to reactivate the phone and account service

Sadly we don't have the gear to unlock phones. Your best bet is to call your service provider and have them unlock the phone for you.
