how to upgrade hp laptop processor?

I'm having a Hp envy 4-1003tx ultra book with intel i3 1.4 Ghz processor.
I would like to upgrade it to i5 0r i7 . kindly let me know how to do that?

You can't. It's soldered in. All you can do is replace the ram and the hard drive.

Thank you for the reply.However i would like to ask is there any chance of overclocking the same processor?

Laptops don't work too well if you overclock the CPU. They get hot and shutdown.
