I just buy Acer XB252Q 240Hz G-SYNC ,but i just wanna use just 120hz or 144hz before change to pc. HDMI is connected to Intel iris pro graphic 5200.I have already change setting to gtx 950m in Nvidia control panel. but I can't change 60hz up to 120hz.

My spec

I believe you'd need to use DisplayPort for >60Hz.... something you're not going to be able to do on your current setup.

Depending on the actual implementation on the laptop & monitor, you may or may not be able to do >60Hz .
Both the laptop with a 900 series card and the monitor should be HDMI 1.4. Theoretically capable of 120Hz 1080p, but implementation varies - as you'll see in the link I posted.
