How to use computer headset on phone

My issue is I have a computer headset with two male 3.5mm jacks. One for the audio and one for the mic. What i need is a Y adapter that i can plug these 2 jacks into and convert them in to 1 2.5mm male for a phone. I've been searching online for a while now with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated

you might need 4pin 3.5 to 4pin 2.5 adapter for this

Thanks for the help SNA3. However I still have no luck finding it. the first link you posted would be exactly what I need if the male end were a 2.5mm -_-. I'm starting to think what i need doesn't exist. Any more help with this would be greatly appreciated.

there is a 3.5 to 2.5 converter

be sure it is 4 poles.

Yea i came across that one earlier too, but it won't work either. My headset has 2 3.5mm male ends. 1 for the mic and 1 for the audio. I need a Y adapter that converts 2x 3.5mm into 1x 2.5mm.
I may just have to get another headset.

pretty sure this is what you need - dual 3.5mm to single 2.5mm converter.

That is exactly what I need. Sorry for the late response bud, I had given up on finding it already. You have no idea how much you just helped me.
