1. Download the app first from the Play Store or App Store. After that, tap the Shazam icon on your phone to launch it.

2. To start using it, play any type of music from an audio device and hold your phone directly towards it, Then, tap "Tag Now" or just your screen to start the identification.

3. The app will start "listening" to the music that is playing from your audio device.

4. In a matter of seconds, Shazam will display the title and artist of the music including all the interesting details about the song. You can share it, access the YouTube video, or search any tour details if any.

5. If your tags go unsubmitted, you can access them on "My Tags" and re-submit them later.
