How would this laptop do with basic graphic design?

The laptop is basically this http/support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04639820 but I was able to get 750gb mx300 SSD for 100 on black Friday so I'm going to put that in there. How would this perform with basic graphic design?

well the thing is, i literally can't spend more, i can't add money to my pay card so my 60 in cash is useless, and my paycheck tomorrow is 251.46. And i'm getting this as a christmas gift for someone whom i will be giving it to on the 21st and my next payday is the 20th, so i'm kindof stuck with the money i have.
