HP 635 - Caps Lock Blinking

Hi, i have this notebook for cca. 1 year. One day, i woke up and when i wanted turn on notebook, there was a black screen and caps lock blinking. Its blinking every 2-3 seconds. Have anyone any ideas how to fix it? Sometimes notebook will start on normally and when I let him overheat, it too works. I already formated bios, removed cmos battery, rams.. Nothing didnt work.

or cpu, try cleaning the fans, take it to a repair shop and they can reapply paste etc
