I have HP Compaq 6910p laptop. It was working great until 2 days ago. When I turned it on it was too slow.
I benchmarked it with AIDA64 and the memory latency was too high around 1500 ns. Checked the RAM with Memory86+ and all the tests were passed. Tried to change the modules from one slot to another but nothing changed. Reinstalled the same version of BIOS (F1.90 the latest) and the result was the same.

WTF is going on with it???? :fou: :fou:

Hello pi4;

If you believe Memory86+ RAM test you do not have a RAM problem.
Do you have a previous AIDA64 memory latency test to compare the current results with?
When running the AIDA64 what speed was the CPU running at?

Yeah, I have tested it before with AIDA64 and it was fine. The CPU yesterday was running at 1600MHz.

Sorry but I'm not at home now. I'll be there in 30 min and I'll reply.

Nope, I've just reinstalled it yesterday, not updated it.

So the absolute maximum in DPC Latency Chechker was 4000 µs.
Also with AIDA64 the CPU Queen test placed my CPU at the bottom :mad:

It tells that I need to install some drivers but the drivers are not the problem definetly. The CPU runs at 100%. I think that it is a hardware problem.

u forgot to say if u checked the cpu tempreture.

If that was not the case.
I read in another forum about almost the same error " which i'm having too" .

and it was solved by changing the AC Adapter. So, get an AC Adapter and unplug your bettery.

i'm sure it's too late, but it's for those who will look for an answer. " i'm one of them :)"
