HP AMD A10 vs ASUS i7

Hello guys, i need some help deciding on which notebook to buy, im trying to choose between a HP with an AMD A10-5750M procesor(2.5GHZ) and a radeon HD 8670m 2gb video card, and the other choice is an ASUS notebook with an i7-2670QM (2.2GHZ) and a gt 540m 1gb video card. The HP is sligthly more expensive and seeing the benchmarks turns me more for the ASUS. I will use the notebook for mainly for mid- low graphics gaming and script programing ( and some ocasional graphic design and music composition such as FL studio), im almost sure the rigth choice is the ASUS but i need some advice to be absolutely sure it is. So what do you think?
