HP Class Action Lawsuit

Hello,

Our HP DV9700 Laptop went "Black Screen" 3 months ago and a professional diagnosis was "mother board is shot". Would like to know if anyone HAS ACTUALLY filed a class action law suit. We are willing to sign on. If so, contact us at ******. Thanks!

If the laptop is only 3 months old, it should be covered under the factory warranty. Have you contacted HP about it?

And the OP said that it happened 3 months ago; not that the laptop was 3 months old.
