HP Folio 1040 G1 completely dies when charging gets down to 47%.

Hey

I got this used laptop and when its charging goes down to 47% it completely dies like boom its off no warning nothing can't even turn it on so after connecting charger i can turn it on and the battery showing 47%, i checked power options critical level was set to 7%,
i checked with HP diagnostic software and if i am not wrong that battery have been used for 4 years
so should i replace it?? o:
any help would be great.

Sounds like the battery needs to be replaced. That is a common issue with a battery that is starting to hold less and less of a charge.
