HP G56 Caps-Lock Blinking?

My HP G56 laptop recently had the fan repaired and it started not to boot. The only way I can get it to boot is by leaving it on for 40 minutes or so to let it heat up and then it will boot. The Caps-Lock blinks continuesly so I don't know what's going on.
