I just bought this laptop http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c04929505.pdf , and it says it has a clock speed of 1.9 up to 3.2.
The problem is I can't get it past 1.9 even during stress testing, is there anyway to enable the boost or get it working properly? The bios doesn't give me any options for it. I'm using occt stress tests and monitoring with hwmonitor/cpuz.
