HP Laptop won't boot

After I push the start button on my laptop black screen appears and then it says:

Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083) ...

This product is coverd with one or more patients ...

Realtek PCIe FE Family controller series v1.34 (10/07/13)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable

PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM
No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key



I tried to change the boot order as it was suggested in other articles. But in UEFI boot mode i can't see the HDD and in Legacy boot mode it is on the top.

Can you atleast tell me what could cause the problem? Thanks in advance

First try to restore Bios to default settings.
If still not booting, disable fast boot and enable legacy support.
Make sure to pace HDD in first boot sequence.- Reboot computer.
If the problem still exist, You have to RE-Format / OS Recovery to install operating System.
In some new Toshiba Laptops, you can do a Factory Reset using F12 button.
Otherwise, use a Windows CD/DVD to reinstall OS. All the best.
