HP omni 100-5050pc

I have an hp computer all in one. Meaning the memory is included in the monitor. It sounds like is on but the on light button on the front is not turning on and also have a black screen. Only can hear the fans. Help!!!

if it's still in warranty call hp and they can probably guide on how to diagnose it. sounds like a hardware issue to me and opening it up yourself probably voids your warranty.
