HP pavilion dv1000 screen reparing

Hi i have HP pavilion dv1000
which is 14.1 inch screen.
This screen is having Some problem when system boots to XP screen will be 100% clear And later on 10 sec it will disturb for twice and appear black screen..
can any explain what will be the problem.. If its connect to any monitor that's fine ..

Just google "dv series problems" and read for the next month... Your video is failing due to overheating. dv x000 are all plagued with the same issues. Good parts are impossible to find. Boards that you can find have all been repaired. If you have been problem free for this long, consider yourself lucky.

Your best bet is to make sure the heatsink is clear of all dust by blowing it out. Replacing the thermal pad with a copper shim and thermal paste may help extend its life, but it requires complete disassembly.
Could be a bad connection to/from the ribbon cable which supplies the video signal to the screen. Certainly nothing more serious than that, and definitely not an OS problem if an external monitor works okay. You will have to let someone take a look at it who knows what they are doing if that does not sound like you.
