Hi there Tom HW Forum , I'm looking to get some help fixing my old laptop , which was collecting dust for ages.

Anyway the problem :

After replacing the old RAM with new , the computer does not want to boot up anymore , as a last resort I'm looking some help here.

Problem itself should be pretty easy to explain : computer does not start up , gives some BIOS beep codes instead ( checked code chart from web , did not find my beeps there )

Thing I've tried:
Replaced RAM to old , tried with 1 RAM , tried with no RAM , nothing...

Also I've recorded a clip of the beeps , they are pretty hard to explain :
