Question HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s186no laptop won't turn on. Can charge though. What could be the issue?

I left it charging on my table at night and woke up next morning with it not being able to turn on. Laptop can charge, you can see the orange if I plug in power adapter. However, the laptop won't turn on with or without the power adapter plugged in. Sometimes when I press/hold the power button it'll flash for a sec but that's it. Was wondering if anyone could help guide me on what the potential issue may be.

Also, read that holding power button with everything disconnected for 30s/60s then connect the power adapter in and turn it on could fix it but that didn't work as well.
