You did not list the full model number of the laptop, does it match what the sellers have listed?

I have a Pavilion G15 myself. I suggest going to the HP store and going to the parts section. There you can buy a fan.

the HP parts store is out of store. an i can only pull up a model number an a serial number.. can i use one of those to find out the product number ?

i have put the computer on top of a box fan..things seem to be working great lol
