Hp pavillion 15 unusable after factory reset

So I have factory reset my laptop (Hp pavillion 15), erasing all the files. I did this due to the fact that I installed a virus that slowed down my laptop. So after I did this, I tried to login and it was successful, but all I saw was a cmd program called "C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe" and one called "Recovery manager." On the Recovery manager, it said " The restoration did not complete." I had closed it nothing happened. Then the cmd program, I closed it and then my computer restarted. When it logged back in, the same thing appeared. It was looping. So I opened task manager with The Ctrl + Alt + Del function. When I had opened task manager, I had ran a task to start explorer.exe... Nothing happened. I tried it in safe mode. Same results. I tried to use the system restore thing but there was no dates of anything. Please help!

Sounds like you are going to need to contact the manufacturer and get them to send you the original OS disks.
