Hp pavillion dv9700 class action suit?

Hello,
I have an hp pavillion dv9700 which was not included in the class action law suit even though it's the same processor and graphics card. Does anyone else have the same problem? And does anyone know of any suits that would cover this model??

I have not heard of any new class action suit covering that model.

You might want to look and see if you can Google up any HP dv9700 owners groups and see what they're saying.
