Solved! HP Spectre x360 13 doesn't turn on.

I have looked into this problem and it seems pretty common on this spectre model.The only thing that happens when the power button is pressed is the three blinks from the led power light.
I have connected and disconnected the battery, attempted a hard reset, charged it over night, and have checked the voltage on the battery to make sure it had juice (10.46v out of the rated 11.4v and it doesn't increase after being plugged in for a while). I'm afraid it may be the motherboard. If anyone has experience with this problem please let me know what the cause and solution may be.

It sure sounds like main board. The blinking light and no POST is usually indicative of hardware failure.

You can see if a local tech can fix it (possibly a reflow), otherwise it will require a replacement board.
