HTPC: 2 monitors x 4 devices x 1 problem

Need help configuring the best display setup with equipment I have.

60" Samasung LED (1xDVI input, 4xHDMI input)
26" Vizio LED (1xDVI input, 4xHDMI input)
1 x PC w/ HDMI out and DVI out
1 x HTPC w/ HDMI out and DVI out
1 x PS4 (obviously HDMI)
1 x cable box (HDMI out) (getting rid of soon)

I have a 2(output) x 4(input) HDMI matrix switch and a 1(output) x 2 (input) HDMI switch

I would like to have both PCs able to use dual monitor (obviously not simultaneously.

I have all necessary cables.

I will not be purchasing anymore equipment.

What equipment do You have?

You say "2 monitors" but what are they?

4 devices? Does that mean (qty 4) 5.25" floppy drives?

Sorry RECYCLED. I don't know what happened when I submitted the question. Below is what was meant to be posted with the original question.

Use the 4x2 HDMI matrix switch to feed HDMI from all you sources to both TVs. Use the second switch with DVI to HDMI cables (or adapters) to connect both PCs to the DVI input on the Vizio for your second monitor.
