I have an HTPC in my bedroom and am looking for a wireless speaker solution. The range required is only about 15 feet from point to point. I am not very familiar with audio equipment or quality brands/ setups.

My wants are: 2 speakers and 1 sub or 1 soundbar and 1 sub, whatever you guys think is best.
Budget: $100-150... I can go over a bit if its REALLY worth it.

HTPC SPECS:
SSD: SanDisk SSD PLUS 2.5" 120GB
GFX: HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...
MOBO: ASRock 990FX Extreme3 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...
SOUND: Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Channels 24-bit https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...
PSU: Fatal1ty Gaming Series 550 Watt 80+ Semi-Modular https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...

My mobo does not have integrated bluetooth but I have a bluetooth usb dongle if that even matters.

Thanks everyone! I always post here because I can expect quality answers from intelligent people :)

Solution
If the USB dongle will act as a transmitter you can use any audio set up that has bluetooth.
I would use a cable if possible, more reliable. Your soundcard is capable of better sound than the bluetooth can handle too.
There are trade offs. Most 2.1 systems in your price range are designed for nearfield (you sit close to them). Soundbars are designed for you to be farfield. Where you sit will affect the sound quality.
If you can spread the speaker apart further than the screen size that will give you a bigger sound stage than a soundbar. Usually better for music and movies.
Your price range does limit your choices. It's alway better to go with a real speaker company.
