Huawei Nova vs Xiaomi Redmi 3S

So I'm looking to buy a new smartphone. These two seems like the best choices (along with Lenovo Vibe Shot), and they both also have similar specs - only the Xiaomi one doesn't have a full HD screen, but "only" HD. Also, it lacks LTE, but i don't use that anyway. The thing is that Xiaomi is more than two times cheaper. Is there anything I should be aware of? Huawei is out only for a short time, co there barely are any reviews/comparisons.
