HyperX cloud core volume?

This might sound stupid but I recently got my new HyperX Cloud core and I've been trying to find out how to change the sound volume of it. Is there a specific program to download or what exactly am I supposed to do?

if theres no inline volume control then you would change the volume on whatever you have got them plugged into

Exactly, perhaps you actually forgot to even attach the adapter that includes volume control.

think that may come with the model above called the HyperX Cloud II

though no inline volume control on a £50 headset is a bit peculiar
