hyperx cloud II microphone works randomly

Hi,

When I plug in the headset using the USB dongle the microphone works for a while, then randomly and suddenly stops working, and sometimes randomly starts working again for a while. It's a software problem because 1) I have tested it with 2 different pairs and 2) it works perfectly fine on my other computer. I have read all threads I could find with google but none have helped.

Does anybody have any ideas what to try?

I'm running Win7 Ultimate 64bit

I have the same problem, my microphone freezes when i'm playing ARMA 3 and it also freezes my teamspeak in which i actually have to restart my PC
