HyperX cloud II surround sound working MOSTLY on left earcup

I have the hyperx cloud II headset. It once worked good but recently, i stopped using 7.1 surround since it wasnt immersive at all. It felt as if my right ear was mostly deaf. Im guessing that one of the channels stopped working. Any advice (An RMA is the last thing i want to do :/)

Nvm, in ms playback devices, i balanced the headset.
