i accidentally ran mac programme on my windows 7 and now my laptop wont start...what could be the problem?

i accidently ran autotune antare 7 set up for mac on my windows 7 OS and now my laptop cant load the windows start up.its a mini acer aspire v5 computer.Im thinking of reinstalling the operating system but im afraid i will lose my data because i did not partition the drives.
please advise me accordingly.Louis

It should even do anything, they are different os. what error/problem do you see when during windows start?
