i am connectted to the internet but when i try to load,says secure connection faild.what exactly could the problem?

well,i was using internet explorer,last as the rest failed to work,eg skype,firefox and chrome and suddenly explorer also stopped,without me doing any setting...so i dont know how i can correct it...anyone with a solution,allowed
