I am deciding between 2 laptops for high school and don't know which one is better

I am looking for a laptop for high school and have found 2 around my budget but don't know which one to get. These are the laptops:

#1- ASUS Transformer TP201SA

The HP N3350 has the better CPU/video. The CPU is more powerful and its the newer Intel HD 500. The ASUS has a slower CPU with the older Intel HD 400. In the link is info and benchmarks.
