I am getting somewhat random audio feed that I can't stop.

Somehow through Internet Explorer, my new laptop randomly has an audio feed that repeats the same ~3 second recording through my speakers, even when no visible programs are running. It happens about every 5 or 10 mins. I have been timing it. I know it is through internet explorer because I monitored it on my volume mixer. How do stop it?

- Start by doing a virus/malware cleanup

- Once done with the cleanup do reset IE as well to factory.
