i am using Toshiba model P845t-S4310, but i couldn't able to use the touch screen. i tried to check the drivers and update them all if the driver is missed or corrupted but unfortunately that doesn't help me. anybody if u encounters same problem please help me out.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- Do test the TouchScreen feature again.

What OS? Have you checked the Human Interface Options to see Touch screen is enabled?
