I can access my bios but how to unlock it

will it be possible to overclock this MB/processor or ram i have 512 mb of rdram and 512 mb to be installed as soon as it arrives. even if i can get the system speed from 400mhz to 533mhz i think this will help.
im a first timer so go easy on me lol

400mhz you can get a second hand pc thats about 2ghz for less that £50

your best bet is to look for a bios flash thats already unlocked thats just about your only hope i i think
