I can hear tv and others except my Ipad tablet is not loud enough even on high

I can hear tv but even on high it is hard to clearly hera my tablet on youtube.
Is there any soltion. Thinking about a new tablet pr lap top but not sure how
to determine if i will be able to hear clearly.

If you can't hear the iPad at higher volume, try using speakers or headphones with it.
