I cannot boot my laptop

Hello,

I cannot boot my XP laptop... I start the booting but then I cancelled to save the info I had in the hard drive... now when I try to boot it again, I have the boot device window open but it does not start... any sugestion?

Try removing power and battery, pressing power button a few times, plug back in and try.
