I cannot connect to my bluetooth keyboard

So i just bought a new case for my android Samsung tab 3 7.0 which came with a bluetooth keyboard. http/www.amazon.com/Ionic-Bluetooth-Keyboard-Leather-Samsung/dp/B00GUTS7E6 The first time i bought the wrong color so i ordered a second one the next day. The first one came, i hooked it up and with time the keyboard worked amazingly. The next day i revived the other one i tried to hook it up but it wont work, meaning: in the bluetooth settings after i type in a number on the keyboard to pair it with the device, it says "paired" but not as an HID device. I tried the first one again to see of the second one was defective, same thing "paired" and a big nothing. How do i get the tablet and the keyboard to work? Thanks.

Try restarting your tab and connecting it. If that doesnt work, try some other bluetooth keyboards, probably one from your family/friends. And if the alternate keyboards dont work, you better reset your tab completely. You can do that by going into recovery mode. Bluetooth keyboard connect easily to any device, on the both devices bluetooth and connect to each other. i have bluetooth keyboard working is very good... i purches the feye shop. it have a online shop.
