I cannot install any anti virus

some one help me please.
my problem is this every time i install any antivirus to my computer in all ways crash and the set up window disappears. out of frustrations i reformat my computer but the same thing happens

Download a good anti-virus like Avira.don't install.
Download Malwarebytes and update.
Restart your pc in safemode.
Run Malwarebytes full scan.
Post back on this thread.
