i cant figure out how to get my laptop to work the way ive seen it work

So i have a sony vaio flip 15" with intel i7, invidia geforce gt 735m, intel integrated graphics, and 8 gb of ram. Ive seen videos of this laptop running games very well but i just cant seem to get it right. Ive been trying to play chivalry medieval warfare and i have it all on low and it seems to be struggling. If anybody could help that would be great

Is the system using the GT 735M or the on board graphics? Type dxdiag into the windows search bar and click on dxdiag.exe. Click on the display tab at the top and it should say Nvidia GeForce GT 735M
