i cant find my webcam

i have dell inspiron laptop with ubuntu os. but i deleted it and install windows 7 operating system. but i cant find wheres the icon of my webcam. ive check it in device manager and its there and properly working. but i just dont dont where is the icon

The webcam application software which you need to launch to use the webcam is called Dell Webcam Central.

It should be in Start >> All Programs, (in a Dell folder perhaps, just guessing here as I've never used a Dell laptop).

If you can't see it, type Dell Webcam Central in the search box below 'All Programs'.
