I can't get my realtek speakers out of disabled devices

So I accidentally deleted my audio device... I saw that it had a check mark, though when I right clicked the sound icon.

just type press "windowskey+xm" to popup your device manager. expand "sound,..." and you will see your realtek device there and right click to enable. or install/update if you actually deleted the driver you will see a yellow question mark icon on the device.
