i cant log into my adminiatrator profile after giving the password in toshiba laptop

I cant access administrator profile.after logging in its showing welcome..i used to wait more than 30minutes.but then also no change..stil its showing welcome

Hi there,

if password is wrong win7 also shows WELKOM and then error !
Try resetting the password, there are tools for this !
