Question i cant log on, I can request a new password, but then Im asked to do a security check, and I never get the pin OR i get the pin and I get told it i

i cant log on facebook!
Using my iphone OR computer, both have gotten on fb LOTS of times.


When I open the app/go to the site... I must enter my password
done
then I get told
"-securityCHECK"
We sent a 6-digit code to (my phone number)

sometimes i get it and it is INVALID
and sometimes I dont get it

II can request a new password, they send a code to my phone OR my email
both comes fast
then I change my password
then I get use the new password to log in but then Im asked to do a security check, and I never get the pin OR i get
the pin and I get told it is invalid....what do i do?

ive been on the link yuo gave me lots of times, never found any help
any you be more clear about where to go?

oh yeah,. I did account recovery thing only to be told YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT DISABLED....

so another dead end

That's the biggest irony of it all!
I hit FORGOT account on fb/com
I can reset my password via FB.com link on my computer
It will send a code to my email OR phone
I can use either code to log in enough to change my password

when I use the new password to log in, I Get the SECURITY CHECK again..and then a code is not forth coming

BUT WHY? I just changed my password!
so yes, I've done that also...

I primarily use my Iphone 7s+ and have no idea how to scan it
I have a windows 7 home premium SP1
that I also use and I routinely scan it with mS esseitntals and use CC cleaner . never had issues
so I dont think it is infected

so I'm back on FB 12 days of not being able to log in

I requested a new password/changed it via email

then as soon as I changed it, I had to the SECURITY CONFIRMATION code, which doesnt always come and when it does come
it is invalid/expired
I did that, only this time, it worked


No idea why this happened or why I was able to log on again

I am having this exact same issue! It’s been nearly a week of my account being “hidden” while it waits to verify my ID. The only other option to confirm my identity is to log in on another device but it comes up with the exact same thing about using a confirmation code which isn’t being sent...
Did you just keep on trying with changing the password and then it just finally sent the code to your phone?

I posted here not long ago, that I couldnt get a security check code sent to me
finally it came/.worked and I was able to log in
3-4 days later, I get a message saying they see "suspicous activity on my account and to confirm MY IDentity
i sent them a pic of my drivers liccense which matches my name(middle name, which I go by)
now my account is diabled for violating TOS, which I havent done
what is my next step?

I did submit my DL again...Im confused

It says I can download, then it tels me to log in
but i cant log in, my account is disabled!

You seem to have nothing but bad luck with FB. Still, only they can solve your problems. You need to follow up with them.
