I cant open anything on my desktop

Hello,
i can't open anything on my samung laptop..... the text that are usually below the icons on my desktop screen are no longer there. and when i click on a icon it goes straight to a blue screen saying something about dumping data. I am able to get to the regular screen i just can't open anything. I tried running it in safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, and safe mode with networking and nothing is working. can you guys PLEASE HELP!!!!

Ram problem.try using one by one to find which ram is problem.load default settings in bios.

I have also seen a virus do this, you may need to re-install (windows has a non-destructive install option, which will preserve user data in a Windows.old folder and replace all system files).
