I can't watch any videos and I can't hear anything, how do I fix this?

So I dopped my tablet about three to four times on accident and when I go to watch YouTube I can't see or hear anything

You have have caused damage, but restoring it to factory defaults(check your manual as all do it a bit different) may be a good idea. With any luck it is just a software problem.

You should backup any files you want from the tablet before doing this.
