I changed the fan on my HP Pavilion DV7. Now it won't turn back on. The light is on by the power cord & the battery is fully charged. I tried the power reset--no luck. I reseated the RAM, no luck. Any ideas?

When you changed out the fan you may have dislodged something, without realizing it. I would suggest you go back in and check everything. Especially the display cable. Knocking it loose at either end would cause it to have the lights turn on but no display.
