Solved! I click add to get started and it does not start, just repeats itself - what next

I am attempting to download photographs from my iphone to the computer and when following instructions, it says to "click add to get started" I click add and nothing happens, except the instructions keep getting repeated. Don't know where I go from here

You may want to back up a bit, in what program are you "clicking add"? Are you using iTunes? Should be pretty simple to sync things that way. Or just use the iCloud storage on the phone to sync your photos to the cloud and copy them to computer from there.
