I created a new facebook account. There are fre friends in my friends list but some of then are new. When I log into my account and i was posting in some groups, after posting 3-4 groups my account was locked. Now it is showing that your account is temporarily locked for security reason. I tried to login to my account but failed to recognized the picture of my new facebook friend. Please tell me what should i do to get back mu account. Its my business account so please tell me a good technique to access my account.

We can't help you very much here. Only Facebook can explain why they locked the account - maybe they don't like two accounts on the same e-mail address.

They use the word "temporarily" so it may open up any time but you need to take the matter up with them.
